Hyde Park Street Fair

Hooping, drum circles, live music, belly dancers, LOTS of vendors and some of the most happy people in the world! I went tonight to see Built to Spill at the street fair and had tons of fun:) My kids had there standard  fair food dinner of corn dogs and tater tots and my hubby and I had Greek Pitas, SO good. We went over to the drum circle tent and there was an amazing drummer there showing technique and teaching songs, there were kids from 2 and adults up to 65 all playing in the same circle. The drum tent is free and a ton of fun, you really should try it:) They have a huge center just for kids and the price per activity is really reasonable. They seem to have more vendors this year than last .I especially love the cute summer dress tent where the dresses are all around 20 dollars and soooo cute, they are located just north of the main stage, you can't miss them. I hope you get out with the family to enjoy in all the cool things to do at the Hyde Park Street fair, I know you won't regret it:)
